First Investment Tip

One giant company which contributes mightily to the defense of Israel, and rightly to the detriment of the Paleostinian (sic) so-called “cause”...is of course Caterpillar. Now, here’s another US company which sends this mighty behemoth to help Israel! The name of the company is Trencor:

Ain’t she a purty thing!
INVEST HEAVILY in these two companies! And to Hell with whatever St. Pancake‘s family says!

Incompetent To The Core

I don’t know who to be pissed off at more...the Democrats here in the US of A?...or the a**holes of Turtle Bay! Now I swear they WANT Iran to have the Bomb and they will stop at nothing, not even above losing certain manuals...to enable the mullahs to get it!
When in the Sam Hell are we gonna get rid of these bastards from our shores?

Yet Another Michael Jackson Story

Won’t even bother posting his mug. We all know by now what he looks like anyways, at least while he’s still free.
I have to laugh because believe it or not, Tom is right. Michael Jackson will leave this world as a rich white woman! Well, he should as long as he stashes away whatever money he has left after his trial is done. And is he terrified of prison life? At the very least, he’s definitely concerned!
I have to snicker because Hud chooses not to waste bandwidth on Michael Jackson. I don’t blame him...he’s got better things to do anyway.
Even if he is acquitted, Jackson will continue to be cannon fodder for the pundits and comedians for the rest of his life!

¡Ninguna mierda del toro de este hombre!

Jose Maria Aznar, the former Prime Minister of Spain, says out loud what the liberals don’t want you to hear: the Europeans prefer appeasement.
One day Europe will get bit on the ass BAD, and you watch...they’ll come groveling back to the United States to bail them out again for the third time in a hundred years.
There! I said it too! Now that wasn’t so bad to hear the truth now was it?

The Grand Experiment Goes Bust

Well folks, I tried. I had been using Mozilla Thunderbird for some time to manage my e-mail on this blog, but apparently with five crashes in a row and a subsequent inability to retrieve e-mail from the server, I’ve decided to set up e-mail maintenance for the blog using my standard Mac OS X Mail program.
As smooth as the transition went, I now must wonder why the hell I didn’t just stick with OS X Mail in the first place?
My point is, I’m not slamming Thunderbird at all. It just didn’t work out for me and I will continue to advocate its use to anyone who wants to get away from Microsoft!

It doesn’t surprise me one bit to hear that Anarchists want to crash the anti-G8 marches being planned by Live8 organizer Bob Geldof. After all, they love a good riot!

...Ronald Reagan passed away. My goodness.
I look at a tribute video such as this, and it feels like he just left us yesterday.

Almost two years ago, Wretchard over at the Belmont Club posted the Three Conjectures, postulating possible Ultimate Outcomes of the War on Terror. He’s now added a Fourth Conjecture.
Read it all...then ponder its ultimate message.

IMPS Chapter 1 Soundtrack Available

One of the things which absolutely BLEW ME AWAY was the opening overture music in Chapter 1 of IMPS - The Relentless. Well lo and behold, the Chapter 1 soundtrack music is now available!
I read the liner notes and discovered that the composer, Andy Garfield, is a big fan of Sergei Prokofiev and his composition of the soundtrack to Alexander Nevsky, one of my all-time favorite Classical scores. One movement in the Chapter 1 soundtrack which translates very well is the transition into hyperspace. Doesn’t matter which universe it takes place in, FTL always sends chills down my spine AND gives me goose bumps! I kid you not!
So needless to say if you like Star Wars Music, you too can be BLOWN AWAY!

Remember Tiananmen Square

Sixteen years ago, the world watched in horror as China cracked down on students in Tiananmen Square, pleading for genuine, honest, democratic reform for their country. But the Communists refused and took matters into their own hands like they did with Hungary in 1956...and with Czechoslovakia in 1968.
Now this Communist government has “transformed” itself into one based more on Chinese nationalism to keep the minds of the masses away from those brutalities they still perform on its own citizens...and to keep the world’s attention away from the island they wish to take back by force when we’re otherwise busy.
Don’t let these DFC‘s fool you! We’re still watching....

Not A Good Idea

Nearly four decades after an underground nuclear test blast to determine the feasibility of extracting natural resources, a Houston-based energy company, Presco wants to drill for natural gas near the buffer zone.
I question the wisdom of this effort, because I would hope they would wait until they get the all-clear from the Department of Energy. While the surface area surrounding the blast site was cleaned up back in 1988, we don’t know how much radioactivity exists in the gas released by the Rulison blast and I think it would behoove the DOE to find out first...and for Presco to wait.

Tom has a good point. Where are you, Trophywife and Sweetivory?

And Now, The Truth

Now we know who Deep Throat is: W. Mark Felt, a former associate director at the FBI. While the information he supplied to Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein during Watergate helped bring down Richard Nixon‘s Presidency, now we will begin to see the other side of the story…
...the other side which cost the lives of MILLIONS. The other side which would have never come out, were it not for today’s bloggers.
Felt is 91 now, he’s probably very close to death. Maybe he didn’t want to go to his grave with this secret. And it’s been said his family wanted to financially benefit from the story too. Hopefully, Woodward & Bernstein and the WaPo will help out...but I doubt it.

Now, the world will finally discover the significance of the Watergate scandal not just for the United States...but for the entire world, and it will be a prime example of the consequences for all the decisions we make in our lives.
Gloat while you can, MSM.
