What really gets me about this afternoon’s incident at Miami International Airport is: why did the guy’s wife not stop him from boarding the plane in the first place, if he didn’t take his medication?
United States Air Marshals are not trained to diagnose a passenger’s medical ills, be they physical and/or mental. They are there to stop a plane from being hijacked, bombed, what have you. The passenger was warned, he did not comply with the Air Marshals’ orders to cease and desist, and he reached into his bag. They shot him, he’s dead…too bad, so sad.
But you know damn well the guy’s family will sue, and I hope this gets thrown out of court. All we need is another bulls**t rule from TSA crippling the Air Marshals once again!

Who the hell are half the people on this list? I don’t even recognize their names. Then there are some names I do recognize (and deservedly so!), but one name that is curiously absent is that of Alec Baldwin, because I haven’t heard much from him lately, except for his occasional anti-Bush rants.
