OK, I’ve been to sci-fi conventions. I’ve been to Civil War re-enactments. I’ve even been to Renaissance Festivals, where the participants get dressed up in costumes appropriate to the era.
But someone please tell me this isn’t real. Please. Thank you.

Personal
Well this morning I had to continue winnowing my computer’s e-mail message box. At one point, some time last week, I had well over 600 messages, but using rules on the e-mail program I’ve reduced that to 282. Well over half, but still a ways to go.
And last night on the way home I stopped and got groceries…and yet another pair of sunglasses, which are a must here in AZ, not to mention a must for me. It doesn’t matter where you live, you need ‘em to block the sun’s UV-A and UV-B rays. Otherwise, you may have problems later on down the road.
I prefer BluBlockers for midday activities. The website is cheesy, but that’s beside the point. For early morning/late afternoon stuff, or when it’s overcast outside (a rarity here of course), I have a couple of non-branded gray sunglasses, but one of them is a Foster Grant pair. But I have so many other pairs that haven’t been worn in ages, I may have to winnow those down too.
