The team which was formerly known as “The Former Winnipeg Jets”...aka the Phoenix Coyotes…filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy today. The NHL subsequently removed team owner Jerry Moyes from all positions of authority, as the league figures out what to do with the franchise, eh.
This kinda sucks. I wanted to go see these guys but, due to other circumstances, I wasn’t able to. No matter. I still have my beloved Detroit Red Wings. And as far as where this franchise should go, I believe they should be moved back to Canada, and unlike Arizona sports fans, the Canadians are hungry for another team. I wish this franchise well, eh.

It doesn’t take a Rocket Scientist to figure out why the UK banned Michael Savage from entering their country. The following explanation is for those who think it does.
The talk-show host has been adamant in the dangers presented by Islamofascism, and I’m sure that that very group of individuals in the UK have prompted Gordo’s government into issuing the order. That said, Savage will not be deterred at all from speaking out; he’ll be savagely (no pun intended) attacking the UK for this ban if he hasn’t done so already.

You know, if it weren’t for the seriousness (or rather, the lack thereof from White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel) of the subject matter…that is to say, linking progress between the Israelis and Paleostinians to help against Iran’s nuclear ambitions…I’d be laughing my a** off at the pose Emanuel strikes in the related photo. This will become his definitive photo for this blog.
Anyway, I hope that Israel’s Ambassador to the US tells both Emanuel and الرئيس أوباما what to go do with themselves. They obviously don’t give a s**t about the existntial threat from Iran, which may soon come to a head. If Israel has to go it alone, then she will…and at the very least, I hope the الرئيس and his administration will get out of the way.
