A Swiss referendum has voted 57% Yes, 43% No to ban all future minaret construction in their country. Doesn’t say they can’t build mosques, they just can’t build minarets to go with them. Of course, the Islamofascists are up in arms over this.
Let’s see what they do about it. They’d better remember, the Swiss Citizenry have GUNS.

Our esteemed Attorney General, Эрик Холдер, has now deemed it fit to continue to pay ACORN all the pre-ban dollars it’s supposed to receive. While it may be legal to do so, it is most certainly not ethical, due to the amorally Communist nature of that group, as Andrew Breitbart has shown.

I discovered this annoying ringtone yesterday, and when I heard it, both me and The Mrs. laughed our a**es off…but when it was sent to me, it was too large of a file, so I had to trim it down just a bit.
So here it is!

I have so much to be thankful to God this year. First of all, my wife. She really is such a treasure. Next, new friends as well as old; we’re visiting both today. And we do miss our families, who are all back East.
And then, there’s the Detroit Lions and the Dallas Cowboys, who have long NFL traditions of playing on this date. They are always fun to watch, even when there’s an a**-kicking involved.
Finally, our country. Even though we have s**tty leaders at the helm, we’re thankful we’re still free.

As I sit here eating breakfast, about to head into the shower while The Mrs. sleeps a little bit more, I pray to God that Sen. Joe Lieberman doesn’t whore himself knuckle under like the other moderate Senate Democrats have (Mary Landrieu of Louisiana comes to mind…what a whore she turned out to be!). He’s stating that if the final Senate Оба́маcare bill has “public option” in any form, he will filibuster it and there are 40 Republicans only too happy to join him in it.
Between the Senate and House, there are over 4,000 pages defining health care deform, and that is just. Total. Bulls**t! Joe Lieberman may be a liberal, but he’s honest about it, and I daresay he also knows the score when it comes to health care too. Pray for this man. I certainly will.

The Mrs. and I went to the hot tub late this afternoon to actually celebrate the Lions’ last-minute win over Cleveland, 38-37! Shock of shocks!
Arizona also defeated the St. Louis Rams, 21-13 (see we were at the hot tub celebrating the 2-8 Lions!). Da Bears play Philly later tonight...will they get to take out Michael Vick?

I was on my way back from the chiropractor when news of this development came on the radio. I sure hope JD Hayworth runs against Senator McCain, as the latter has definitely lost touch with the GOP.
I held my nose to vote for McCain last fall, as he was still a hell of a lot more qualified to be President of the United States than Бара́к Хусе́йн Оба́ма would ever be. Still, his votes for the TARP bailout, as well as his known stance on the Illegals, has really soured me on him. That said, I’d like to meet with JD before he runs.
