Open Your Eyes

Filed under: War on Terror |

Those who still deny that Islamofascism is the enemy need only take a look at what Jihad Watch has done with the World66 Travel Guide...they’ve applied it to countries with verified activity of jihadism.

Have a Blast Down Under, Mate!

Filed under: War on Terror |

Australia kicks a** once again! The US Military and the Australian Defence Ministry are teaming up to build a new weapons testing range in Australia. Seems like the local residents in Puerto Rico got fed up with the Navy training there. We know who to reward for being on our side!

Osama Wants A Hudna

Filed under: War on Terror |

NO, this is NOT a hummer (neither the vehicle nor the act that Monica Lewinsky is infamous for). A hudna is essentially a time-out that Islamic forces have used throughout their history to rebuild their forces after they initially get their a**es kicked, after this time of rebuilding they go and conquer those who initially kicked their a**es.
Here is my response to Osama’s proposal. And I am sure this will also be the response of the American People on November 2.

Yasser Arafat Farewell Haikus

Filed under: War on Terror |

Is the quintessential terrorist and lead thug of the Palestinian Authority about to make his curtain call? Hard to say at this point, but better be ready for such an event with a small chronicle of his life.

Born in BFE
Learned to lie from the Mufti
And his father too

Tool of KGB
He created PLO
Is he DOA?

Wanted all Jordan
King Hussein kicked his fat rear
Out in ‘70

Then Black September
Killed the Israeli Athletes
Darkness in Munich

Brandished his pistol
At the crooked Zionist
Tyrant UN Group

His PLO Goons
Murdered Leon Klinghoffer
Threw him overboard

Stained the White House sheets
with a fake peace overture
and Bogus Peace Prize

Twice in sixteen years
He’s launched an intifada
Now he’s 0-and-2

As for punishment
got holed up in Ramallah
Where’s the Red Binder?

And now it is time
Arafat meets his Maker
And it ain’t Allah

Very Short Trial
Long List of Iniquities
Sends him down to...DUHHHHHH!

Palestinians Shop Around

Filed under: War on Terror |

Little Green Footballs regularly posts pictures of Palestinians swarming around cars which have just been blown to bits by the Israelis, usually a sign that a prominent terrorist leader was in the vehicle at the time of its destruction.
But I saw this particular photo and declared that it cannot go uncaptioned....

Al The Sod Speaks

Filed under: War on Terror |

Looks like the firebrand cleric from Najaf City in Iraq spews forth once again on his desire to resist the new Iraqi government. Or is it something else entirely? You be the judge!

WaPo: Wilson Lied

Filed under: War on Terror |

Remember Joseph Wilson? He’s the guy who the CIA sent over to Niger to find out if Saddam’s agents were attempting to buy yellowcake from that country for Iraq’s nuclear weapons program. Yellowcake, FYI, is an early step toward enriching uranium into reactor fuel or, taken further, weapons-grade (90% enriched U-235) material. His report’s conclusions contributed to the following statement in President Bush’s 2003 State of the Union Speech: “The British government has learned that Saddam Hussein recently sought significant quantities of uranium from Africa.”
Wilson later went public with statements that his wife, a CIA employee whose name was later leaked to reporters, had nothing to do with his selection for the mission, and slammed the Bush Administration for “skewing” the intelligence reports to make a case for going to war to depose Saddam.
Now comes word that the Washington Post (a LIBERAL newspaper) did some digging into Wilson’s allegations, and guess what? HE LIED!
In the Post’s report, it turns out that the CIA relied on foreign intelligence reports to make its assertions. Contrary to what liberals want you to believe, Saddam’s WMD efforts were NOT the sole reason we deposed him.
Along the same lines, we didn’t go to war against Hitler solely because he was going to build an atomic bomb. When FDR read Einstein’s letter in 1939 (while we were still at peace), he correctly concluded that we dare not take the chance to wait and see. Only AFTER THE WAR did we find out that Hitler blew off his atomic bomb program “...because it was Jewish science.”
Should it surprise you that the Wilson story isn’t going very far in the mainstream media? They won’t give it Page 1 Headlines because they want to see President Bush defeated at any cost. As a result, it’s up to other outlets (such as Blogs for Bush, which this blog is a member of) to get the story out to the readers.
In this day and age where the WMD process has been disseminated down to the terrorists, we dare not take the chance to wait and see for the next time they will strike. We must go after them. That is what President Bush has been doing and continues to do.
Can the Democrats say the same about Senator Kerry? Oh yeah, he’ll just have John Edwards haul them into court....

Saddam’s Grandstanding II

Filed under: War on Terror |

We all remember that the vast majority of Americans thought the evidence against O.J. Simpson was very strong, and yet he was acquitted, thanks to Johnnie Cochran’s “If it doesn’t fit, you must acquit” statement and bollixed-up police work during the murder investigation.
Now word comes out that the lone American on Saddam’s defense team has filed a writ with SCOTUS, asking that his detention by American forces since his capture be declared unconstitutional.
IS THIS INSANE OR WHAT? This only a few days after SCOTUS ruled that enemy combatants have the rights to access (and tie up) our courts just like any other American citizen.
Cox and Forkum have taken Cochran’s rhyme and twisted it to fit Saddam’s upcoming trial. I’ve got a better one: “If the charge is legit, his life must QUIT!”

Saddam’s Grandstanding Begins

Filed under: War on Terror |

On June 28, Iraq got their sovereignty back from the Coalition, two days ahead of schedule. Yesterday Saddam Hussein was brought before an Iraqi judge, who read the charges against him. And how does he act? Like a defiant bastard! He calls the Kuwaitis “dogs” and branded President Bush as the real criminal. And he demanded to be called the President of Iraq! Talk about being an arrogant SOB.
The other 11 officials of his regime were also brought one-by-one and these people were scared to death! Gee I wonder why....
With all the evidence against them, there’s no way Saddam and his henchmen will be able to escape what’s coming to them (and what they so richly deserve), but I think the way they get there will make Slobodan Misonofabitch’s Milosevic’s trial at the Hague look like a 1-ring circus. Saddam’s supporters in the Sunni Triangle, Tikrit and Fellatio Fallujah are typical: “Saddam Hussein was a national hero and better than the traitors in the new government.”
There is also some talk as to whether Saddam will be tried first or last. I say last, because the possibility exists that some of Saddam’s lieutenants may be able to cut a deal with prosecutors to spare their lives in exchange for state’s evidence against Saddam. But the two who MUST be executed for their crimes (once they’re convicted) would be Saddam and his cousin, Chemical Ali.
And yes, it’ll all be on Iraqi TV for all to see. I wonder if Court TV’s thinking about showing it here too....

Time To Torture?

Filed under: War on Terror |

There’s only one country in the world which codifies what is and what is not permissible when it comes to torture: Yep, you guessed it: ISRAEL. Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz thinks we should also codify permissible torture procedures for application against the terrorists. Read the whole article.
Dershowitz certainly isn’t making a lot of friends with his counterparts these days....

US Blood For The World’s Oil

Filed under: War on Terror |

Wretchard over at the Belmont Club writes a very detailed analysis of the fact that it isn’t just us who depends on the oil coming from the Middle East...but the whole world!
I agree with the proposed solution, but unfortunately it isn’t going to happen like that. Rather, the opposite will be likely because 1) We’re the United States, and 2) The full impact of UNSCAM still hasn’t hit yet...but that’s coming too.
Like it or not, the US IS the world’s police force.

Putin To Donks: STFU!

Filed under: РУССКИЕ ДЕЛА | War on Terror |

Since former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev is in Washington to pay his respects to President Reagan, that’s “Who’da Thunk It” #1. “Who’da Thunk It” #2 goes to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Putin was asked at the G-8 summit in Sea Island, Georgia yesterday about whether Russia should even be a member of the G-8 in the first place. Apparently, some Democrats don’t think so. Somehow the question also got tied in to Iraq.
Putin’s response:

“I am deeply convinced that President Bush’s political adversaries have no moral right to attack him over Iraq because they did exactly the same. It suffices to recall Yugoslavia. Now look at them. They don’t like what President Bush is doing in Iraq.”

Yep, even though the Black Belt Karate Master from St. Petersburg opposed our action in Iraq just as he did with Yugoslavia five years ago, he can clearly see the shoe’s on the other foot. Game, set, and match!

Post-Public Career?

Filed under: War on Terror |

After seeing all those news conferences/briefings over the last year or so I got this image in my mind that the current Secretary of Defense just might have another shining career option open to him.
To that end, I present to you: THE RUMMY SHOW! Hey, it could happen...but it sure won’t be on any of the major networks.

WORMTONGUE KILLED!

Filed under: War on Terror |

Before...and After!

Abdel Aziz Rantisi, who took over the leadership of the Hamas terrorist organization just three weeks after Israel’s assassination of its previous leader ”Saruman”...has also succumbed to an Israeli Missile Strike!
I admit he doesn’t look like Brad Dourif that’s for sure, but he followed Yassin so the moniker sticks!
To the end, Rantisi was one defiant son of a bitch. “We will all die one day. Nothing will change. If by Apache or by cardiac arrest, I prefer Apache.”
He got his wish. GOOD JOB IDF!
