Yet another Clintonista retread appears in the coming Оба́ма Administration, as the President-Elect selects former White House Chief of Staff Leon Panetta to head the Central Intelligence Agency. With practically NO experience in the intelligence field, БХО assures us that no one will know what the hell they are doing at Langley.
“Oh, but he doesn’t have any connections to the errors of the Bush regime,” the left will state. Oh, but Pinhead-a sure has connections to the previous regime, where the seeds of 9/11 were planted whlee Bill Clinton got his service from Monica.

Now this is not a good sign for our Troops. According to the Army Times, 6 out of 10 respondents overall feel БХО will not be a good Commander in Chief. Gee, I wonder why. One thing is for sure: I won’t have to ask this of my brother-in-law, who’s an Air Force Lifer; he definitely will not like having him around. Said a Chair Force Lieutenant:

“How are you going to safely pull combat troops out of Iraq? And if you’re pulling out combat troops, who are you leaving to help support what’s left? What happens if Iraq falls back into chaos? Are we going to be there in five years doing the same thing over again?”

And of course, when it comes to the black respondents, 8 out of 10 were optimistic about the guy. Still, he will be ”The Boss” and when he gives an order, they will say “Yes, Sir!”

And now, in the midst of the raging crisis in the Народная Республика Ильиной, there’s not one Race Card being issued...but TWO!
First, Governor Rod Blagojevich gets one for appointing former State Attorney General and State Comptroller Roland Burris. This appointment is Blago essentially saying F**k You to the Legislature and People of the НРИ, and also to the United States Senate!
Second, Congressman Bobby Rush (D-IL), who was a member of the DFC Black Panthers before being elected to Congress, also gets a Race Card for daring the Senate not to ”hang or lynch” this appointment.
Yep, I can see this whole frakkin’ mess go to SCOTUS. Ugh.

Impeachment proceedings are slowing to a snail’s pace, thanks to the deadlock in the Народная Республика Ильиной General Assembly’s impeachment panel. They can’t even agree whether or not to subpoena БХО‘s aides, including those of US Representative Rahm Emanuel, who’s slated to become Оба́ма’s Chief of Staff.
It doesn’t take a Rocket Scientist to figure out that the General Assembly, aided and abetted by the embattled Governor Blagojevich himself, is hiding something. Exactly what they are hiding is anyone’s guess; nevertheless, they are delaying this as much as possible until the President-Elect takes office.
My question to the Voters of the Народная Республика Ильиной is this: How much s**t are you going to take before you demand your State Representatives to move forward? 

Dang. The President-Elect is really gonna have to hit the weights if he wants to start competing with Vladimir Vladimirovitch. I hate to say this, but ol’ Pooty’s attributes are probably larger too.

Rod Blagojevich is one stubborn, arrogant son of a bitch. He gets released on his own recognizance and goes back to work the next day as if nothing’s wrong. And in order to prevent the Governor of the Народная Республика Ильиной from appointing the next US Senator, the Legislature may be fixing to impeach the guy.
They’d better get up off their a**es in Springfield, though. Now, his sister-in-law is about to take office in the General Assembly, and what’s her thoughts on this?

“I don’t know what’s going to happen. I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it. I’ve thought about it briefly. That’s not my focus right now.”

If she were smart, she’d recuse herself from the proceedings and sit the entire thing out, as painful as it may be. Then again, she could vote “Present.”

Imagine the smile which broke upon my face, right after my previous post, on discovering that the Governor of the Народная Республика Ильиной, Rod Blagojevich, and his aide, are now under arrest for corruption charges which involve the sale of БХО‘s United States Senate seat. Let’s just say that, even though it’s still chilly inside, I’ll feel like...oh, how does a million bucks sound?
When you read the details of the indictment, looks like the Feds have got the goods on Blago! However, he is entitled to a Fair Trial and should be presumed Innocent until proven Guilty in a Court of Law. Then we’ll see how fast БХО fires the US Attorney and then pardons Blago.

Zo strikes again!

One of my Fraternity Brothers wore such a T-shirt to my Demit party back in 1996, as I was about to graduate from college. I laughed my a** off because it is so true! I’m going to have to dig that photo out and post it sometime!
So it knocked me for a loop to find that Oprah Winfrey, staunch ally of БХО, would accept $5 million from (and has been friends with) one of Оба́ма’s staunchest opponents, who, as it turns out, was involved in the effort to Swift Boat Senator Оба́ма while he was running for President? Granted, the money went to Oprah’s self-named Leadership Academy in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Perhaps those on the other side of the aisle might shed some light as to why she apparently didn’t care where the money came from.

This particular illustration grabbed my attention because it shows БХО reading to a room full of kids. No big deal, right? Well, this only illustrates that it’s OK for him to read to little kids...but not President Bush. It’d be interesting to note just what type of reaction the President-Elect might have if, Heaven Forbid, a major terrorist attack hits our shores and he just “happens to be reading to a classroom full of kids.”
Perhaps I should send a copy of this to my ex-wife?

Leave it to the WaPo to advocate the filling of Senator Clinton’s seat, should she accept БХО‘s invitation to become his Secretary of State, with her husband. It’s been reported that her nomination has had some obstacles regarding Bill’s foreign activities, and said appointment to the seat would take care of this.
Of course, it would open up a whole new can of worms. Something to do with interns, I’d bet. With all these Clintonistas being effectively reappointed to positions of prominence in the Оба́ма administration, one would have to wonder if this was the price the President-Elect had to pay for their support.
