Since the Obama campaign and their supporters have gone apes**t over McCain’s running mate, Governor Sarah Palin of Alaska, the hot topic is Governor Palin’s qualifications. RedState has compiled quite a list of her Executive experience, which neither Senator Obama nor his running mate possess. Go check it out.

The following video was shot on a flight from Denver to Charlotte, NC after the 2008 DNC, regarding the possible landfall of Hurricane Gustav. The conversation was between two Demo☭rats, one a former DNC chariman:
This, on the heels of Mike al-Moor’s inept comment along the same vein on Keith Olbermann’s pmsnbc show.
Such class. NOT.
El Marco has some photos from Oback Barama’s appearance at Mile High Stadium (NO, I will NOT call it “Invesco Field at Mile High") the other night. This particular one immediately caught my eye. What are these people smoking?
Your guess is as good as mine.
..with a little bit of jealousy thrown in. Here is a snippet of a chat I had online with a friend this morning, whose comments are in blockquotes (and mine are not):
I like him [Refers to Ron Paul - Ed.]
Mccain is a joke
he’s just as bad as bush
he’ll die in office and that woman will be first female president
Ron Paul would be a wonderful candidate for the early 19th century
ooohh...”that woman”…
I liked his stance
I don’t like political talk in the morning
Maybe I should vote obama
Mccain is just as crazy
Well as long as you vote, that is fine with me
voting is over rated
the electorial whatever has all the power
whomever wins, we’re still f**ked
And do you know why the Electoral College was set up in the first place?
If you don’t, go ahead and do some research and then get back to me
I really don’t give a f**k
Enough of that conversation...My Ronulan Friend is implying that it’s OK for the Donks to nominate a woman, like they did with Geraldine Ferraro back in 1984, but it’s not OK for Republicans to do the same? BULLS**T! It’s attitudes like that which the Demo☭rats feed upon and encourage. Bob Hope said it best:

“Oback Barama.” Thanks Mom!

Here’s the first segment of a film which chronicles Voter Fraud perpetrated during the 2008 Demo☭rat primaries:

Here’s a video clip of a Fox News reporter having some choice words uttered in his direction, while lingering amongst Denver demonstrators.

This one’s called “Passed Over,” and it slams Obama for not choosing Shrillary as his running mate:

Senator Obama’s made his choice:
Baron Kinnock would be proud. So would MBNA and Countrywide. OK, let’s get to work! And remember, if you don’t vote for this ticket then you’re a Racist!
UPDATE (0603 MST): Reactions are starting to pour in. Here’s Exurban League’s new name for the ticket.

OK, since the conventions start next Monday with the Demo☭rats, followed by the GOP on September 1 (which just happens to be Labor Day), the anticipation is really starting to build as to who the candidates will pick. So, the time has come to begin debates and discussion for these contingencies.
This thread will remain open until August 30. Have at it!
UPDATE (0633 MST): We got mail from an adoring fan!
Why am I going to bother with a thread like this when you continue to infer that I (and the people I support in this campaign) are Communists? I am nothing of the sort. You know better.
That’s right, with all due respect, you should also know better. Until people like you get up off their a**es and take back the Democratic Party from George Soros and the San Francisco contingent who Blame America First, your party will continue to be seen as left-wing Marxists, that’s why.
Whatever happened to Democrats such as JFK, Harry S. Truman, and Scoop Jackson, who all agreed that politics stop at the water’s edge? Those who did believe the same as these guys, such as Senator Joe Lieberman and former Senator Zell Miller, either don’t exist anymore, or have simply left that party (and in Lieberman’s case, his party left him). So there.
Now that this e-mail is out of the way...have at it!

Just for the fun of it, I decided to do a little hunting to see what others’ Race Cards look like. For starters, here’s one from Does It All Matter, and it’s our favorite hypocritical “holy” figure:
Oh my...how flattering!
And here’s another one which is formatted like a card for all those playing card games (Magic: The Gathering comes to mind):
These are but only two examples; there are lots of them out there.

I’m guessing it’ll be up until the moment Senator Obama names his running mate. Place your bets!

I admit, I didn’t see all of Senator Obama’s Q&A session with Pastor Rick Warren yesterday, but I did see McCain’s. McCain didn’t mince words at all. The one question asked of Obama which I caught, and his response, does not make me feel good at all:
Asked at what point a baby gets “human rights,” Obama, who strongly supports abortion rights, said: “… whether you’re looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity … is above my pay grade.”
No bloody wonder Obama believes babies are a punishment to wayward teenagers...and by extension, to his kids. It’s this constant waffling which proves Senator Obama does not have the experience to be our next President.
