10 Million To Leave UK?

Here in the USA, the top tax bracket is 35%, and it varies as to where one’s income falls within the various brackets (which are currently 10, 15, 25, 28, 33, and 35%). According to MoneyChimp.com, for a single person earning, say, around $65,000 per year, that person would fall into the 25% bracket.
Compare that to the UK, where the same person earning around £32,000 would be taxed at the 40% bracket. S**t! No wonder 1 in 5 Britons want to leave the country, so says The Times...their taxes are a lot higher compared to ours. Meanwhile their economies stutter and spurt along, while ours keeps going, even through the energy price surges over the last couple of years.
Got Change for 10 Million People Anyone?
