First of all, allow me to wish all my Jewish friends a Happy Hanukkah...and not this bulls**t appeal from Israeli environmentalists to save the planet by not lighting that last candle. Nothing like forcing people who observe traditions 2,200 years old (give or take a few) to make them feel guilty and give them up for ‘mother Earth.’ I got news for ya: GOD is in charge. This guy has it right:

“Tikkun olam [fixing the world] must be done by adding more light and not by adding more darkness.”
