Well, next week Mr. Dinnerjacket is coming to New York City to attend the annual get-together of thugs, despots and dictators known as the United Nations General Assembly Opening Session. While he’s there, he’s likely to share a few with Comrade Chavez...and then he wants to go to the former World Trade Center site to lay a wreath there. Sorry folks, ever since my visit to the Trinity Site, I can no longer the WTC site “ground zero”...but I digress.
Anyway, the NYPD told Mahmoud Ahmadinejad not just No, but HELL NO!, citing safety reasons; after all, he’d be going into a construction zone. And from what I understand, he may try to go there anyway. I say let him...and then watch him recoil in horror as throngs of protestors meet him there and show him just how they feel about his constant calls for Israel’s destruction.
