You know, this reminds me… last year, I called the “Border Patrol on neighbors of mine.  They were Arabic.  One man and his wife and some other dude lived with them.  They would not throw there trash away, instead, I witnessed them putting their trash in their car(s) and driving off with it.  They would never put out their garbage.  So I called “Border Patrol” and reported them.
