Break in Baseline Killer Case?

Filed under: The 48th State |

That’s what’s being reported after a raid on a Mesa apartment. Very recently, the Baseline Killer (and he isn’t just a killer either) has struck outside of Phoenix, and went to Mesa, and for those of you outside Arizona, that’s a town in the East Valley. As in any other case, a break is made when the suspect slips up in his modus operandi. And as long as the Cops follow the rules in the investigation and don’t cut any corners, they will secure a conviction.
That said...I’m a little miffed at Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon; yesterday afternoon I heard on Joe Crummey’s show on the way home from work that he’s pandering to the Hispanic community (and Lord knows how many of them are Illegals) by apologizing to them at a community meeting a couple of nights ago. What did he do? He said he was sorry that he didn’t speak Spanish but he had to be the mayor of everyone in Phoenix...and said “apology” was translated into same. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!
Crummey brought up a good point: the Hispanics in Phoenix are distrustful of the Police. Gee I wonder why...I’ll bet it’s because some of them are here ILLEGALLY and they have to “protect their own.” Ya think! DUHHHHHHHH!
