Here I am and I have the TV on right now, and lo and behold what do I see! A show I haven’t seen since I lived in southeast Michigan, and that means almost 3 years, eh.
Da Vinci’s Inquest is a show based on a crusading coroner in Vancouver, British Columbia. It aired on CBC for seven years and recently ended its run in 2005 on that network, succeeded by Da Vinci’s City Hall. This show provides an insight into certain Canadian procedures for investigating crimes...especially murder, since the title character is a coroner, eh.
If this show is in your market, I highly recommend watching it. And it also happens to be on cable on Superstation WGN, eh.
