We have a similar law in Britain. If someone ‘s presence in the UK is deemed “not conducive to the public good” they can be (theoretically) refused entry. Unless of course they are European rapists and murderers or “asylum seeking” islamic rapists/murderers or Africans with AIDS etc. etc. etc.
