Sometime next year, Airbus will start flying that huge A380...but wait! Here comes Boeing with a high-tech update to the tried-and-true jumbo jet we all know and love...the 747-8!
At first glance, I would say the biggest improvement is in the wing design. As technology moves forward, they begin to resemble a bird’s flapping wings in shape. You’ll see it. With the 747-8, Boeing also has that built-in advantage that Airbus lacks for its superjumbo, in terms of access to more airports worldwide, without upgrading the infrastructure.
And the tune Boeing uses on this site is pretty cool too! This should definitely turn the heads of the traveling public...which I, thankfully, am a member of.
