Yep...it seems to happen like this whenever it occurs.
DSL went down about 0330 hours, ten minutes after I got up. Went through quick troubleshooting, then called my ISP. Went through the troubleshooting routines with them for about 20 minutes, so they decided to file a ticket. Right when the poor tech rep gives me the ticket number and I hang up...BOOM! DSL is back on. So it wasn’t a problem with the ISP at all, but with Qwest.
