Getting Paid to Hit The Books

Filed under: Border Security | The 48th State |

Now here’s a feel-good piece to warm any liberal’s heart: a couple of hundred thousand bucks being paid to 175 Tucson-area high school students (at $25 a week) to keep them from dropping out.
The article says the money comes from a non-profit organization, but I sure wonder from whom the non-profit organization got the funds. How much do you wanna bet from Congress? If that’s the case: Your Tax Dollars At Work. And with 20,000 Arizona students dropping out since last year, I must also ask the question: How many of these are Illegals?
‘Nuff said.
