Has Mr. Gorbachev missed the conversation Obama had with Joe the Plumber? Is he not aware that Obama wants to “spread the wealth around?” I’ll bet he’s counting on the President-Elect to make good on his promise to use Executive Orders to circumvent any problems he may have with Congress.
