As part of their grand scheme to reform itself, the United Nations touted a new Human Rights Council. Sounds good on the surface, right? NOT!
As part of their grand scheme to blow off the world (while they get ready to blow UP a certain part of the world), Iran sends its Chief Inquisitor, Prosecutor General Saeed Mortazavi, to attend the first session...as a result, Canada is outraged and calls for his arrest for his role in the murder of Canadian photojournalist Zahra Kazemi, who was tortured to death while under detention in Iran three years ago.
Unfortunately, Mortazavi can’t be arrested since he has diplomatic immunity. No wonder the first meeting of the UN’s Human Rights Council was held in Geneva. Where are Riggs and Murtaugh when we need them?
