NO, this does not have anything to do with James Carville. I stumbled upon this Fan Film site this morning and was pleasantly surprised. Apparently, it’s scheduled for release later this year, and it tells the tale of events which took place prior to The Lord Of The Rings.
Like Star Trek and Star Wars before it, as the art of moviemaking disseminates to folks like you and me, it also wrests control away from Hollywood, because in some cases, the Fans can keep the vision of the original authors more faithfully. Perhaps this could be one of those efforts. I’ll be keeping an eye on this one.
