When someone’s gathering momentum, those in opposition try to find reasons to make sure they don’t get in. The New York Saddam Times tried that a couple of weeks ago with the lobbyist “impropriety.” Result: He got a much-needed fundraising boost.
Now, they’re trying it again by raising questions about Senator McCain’s place of birth: the Canal Zone. WTF‘s the problem with that? Back in 1936 that was sovereign United States Territory, so there is absolutely no issue. See, if you ran with that argument back in 1964, Barry Goldwater shouldn’t have been the Republican candidate against LBJ, and you didn’t hear squat from the MSM. Then again, the MSM was the only game in town back then.
So again, more bulls**t from the MSM. BTW, I could run for President if I so choose, which I do not.
