I’ve always been an “early to bed, early to rise” (and your girl goes out with other guys!...yes yes I know) type, so when I looked at the alarm clock this morning it read 0930! I actually got an eight-hour sleep for the first time since…since…well, it’s been a long time anyway!
Better enjoy it while I can. I go back on the phones tomorrow for the first time since June 19. All told, almost six full weeks. The tools I learned in that time are a lot different, as are some (but not all) of the procedures. That, combined with my customer service skills, and I should be fine. A well-deserved breath of fresh air.
Oh yes, and next Monday, I go on vacation for a week. Going to Nashville to visit some friends. I can’t wait.
