Yes my friends, you read right, this is Post #1000! For nostalgia’s sake, here’s my very first post back on September 18, 2003. At least two of my three blogfathers, Hud and Amritas, are still running. I still don’t know what happened to Saurus.
That being said…
I HAVE PAID MY TAXES: This morning I received an online alert that my bank account received a deposit, and then all I have to do is wait for the automatic draft to the State of Arizona for the measly amount I have to pay to them on the 16th. Then it’s off to the eye doctor to get my new contacts, and from there, to work. I gotta figure out with my boss why I lost a vacation day which I was supposed to take today. The way my employer figures them out can be confusing at times.
MEMORY UPGRADE: I’m scheduling this for this weekend with one of my fellow Mac users here in town. I took possession of the memory chip yesterday; it was delivered to the apartment management office the day before. So I am chomping at the bit (no pun intended) to get this thing installed so I will be able to go to town!
All in all, this sounds like it’ll be a mundane day. At least the sun is shining outside! Have a good day everyone!
