I remember growing up hearing Paul Harvey on the radio and for many, many years afterward. Then, for some reason I stopped. I thought he had retired.
I wish I hadn’t. Paul Harvey passed away today at the age of 90. What a career: he started in broadcasting in 1933, and his syndicated radio program was played on over 1200 stations, 400 AFN outlets, and printed in over 300 newspapers. Now, I hope Paul, Jr. can take up the torch.
