And now, the attacks have already begun. The liberals are already going apes**t over President Bush’s nomination of US Court of Appeals Judge John G. Roberts, Jr. to the United States Supreme Court, to fill the seat opened by Justice O’Connor’s retirement.
This is going to be one hell of a fight. Judge Roberts’ CV is solid, so the Democrats can’t attack him on those, with the exception being the abortion issue. So they will likely try to dig up some dirt on the guy. I hope Judge Roberts fights back when they do! NOW will go apes**t because the President nominated a man to replace Justice O’Connor! The environmentalists will go apes**t as well! So he’s already pissed off a bunch of people.
Bully for him! Here’s what I would like to see.
1) The Senate Democrats attempt to filibuster the nomination...and the Senate Republicans invoking the Constitutional Option!
2) Massive ”Screw Abstinence” rallies across the nation where demonstrators merely do nothing but copulate in public!
This way, the American public can see just how screwed up the Democrats have become, now that they’re owned lock, stock, and barrel by MoveOn.org. (You think I’m gonna link to those bastards? HELL NO!) It’s time to take back our courts...and Judge Roberts is a good place to start!

Well Well… I like John G. Roberts.  Have ya noticed, Macker, that the grand ole LIberal Machine is fast at work trying to drum up their ususal “Pro Life” garbage on the guy.  hmmm.... they tried the same thing with Bork… that worked.  Tried it with Thomas… it failed, heck with Thomas, they got Anita Hill to claim that Thomas was making comments about pubic hairs on coke cans.  Wonder what they’ll dig up on this guy.

That’s right! And whatever the Left digs up will be displayed at the hearings. When that happens, I hope Judge Roberts tears these guys a new a**hole so smoothly, they won’t know what’s happened until they try to sit down!
