Waking up to the news that Abu Musab al-Zarqawi was killed during a US Air Raid has got to be the best news in the War on Terror since Saddam’s capture back in December 2003. I congratulate our Armed Forces for getting him, as well as Iraq and Jordan for providing vital information to track down this son of a bitch. And in so doing, we saved ourselves a $25 million bounty. It reinforces the message we sent to everyone who would do us, or the world for that matter, harm:
WE WILL COME FOR YOU.

UPDATE (0620 MST): And you’d think the father of one of Zarqawi’s victims would be relieved that this terrorist had been killed, right? WRONG. What an ungrateful bastard.
