Here’s yet another report of faulty Chinese-made products...in this case, condoms being given to hookers (the WaPo reports them as “sex workers” just like the UN, as though their “job” is legal, which it isn’t) and horny teenagers, in paper wrappings instead of foil or plastic! And that’s not all: reports are coming in that the markings on the condom wrappers are clearly Chinese, and the expiration dates are barely visible, if at all.
Yet, the DC Health Department doesn’t consider this a problem. Now why is this? They apparently don’t give a s**t where the rubbers come from, as long as they can “address” the high HIV infection rate in the Nation’s Capital. And I’ll bet they’re not even counseling abstinence, which is the only 100% effective way to prevent said infection. No, these are Democrats we’re talking about here, so they’re content to let their constituents:
