I remember watching a lot of Formula One races when I was growing up (and also reading about them in Road & Track magazine). Sadly, this sport has now fallen to the forces of Fascism. To wit, Bernie Ecclestone:
• Supports Hitler
• Supports Saddam Hussein
• Supports the Taliban
Not that I gave a lot of money and time following F1, why the hell should I do it now? Especially since the guy who leads this has these sympathies for History’s Worst Tyrants. It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if, given his propensity toward treating women as objects, he’s also anti-Semitic to boot.
