He may have less than eight months to go in his term, but President Bush does know how to whoop it up with the Troops...or in this case, newly commissioned officers of the United States Air Force:

This wasn’t the only unique greeting the President gave...wait till you see the others. I can see John McCain do something like this the first time he goes to address the cadets at, say, Annapolis. I can only imagine the total disdain such a move would be for, say, Barack Obama, much less Hillary Clinton.
