Now I haven’t written much about ol’ Pooty since he slipped back into the shadows. This time, he utters words against a major Russian steel producer and their stock takes a nosedive in New York.
I wonder if he’s fixin’ to nationalize Mechel like he did Yukos a few years ago. In any case, there is no doubt who wields the real power in Russia, and it ain’t Medvedev.
