Outgoing US Ambassador to the UN, John Bolton, is teaming up with Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz (who at least Knows The Score) and former Israeli Ambassador to the UN, Dore Gold, in bringing forth charges of inciting Genocide against Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad at...of all places...the International Court of Justice at The Hague. They cite the 1948 UN Convention on Genocide, to which Iran is a signatory.
As valiant as this move is, it will go nowhere with the ICJ. Look, for example, at the Hague’s prosecution of Slobodan Misonofabitch Milosevic. It took them just over four years and the guy ended up cheating the court, but not God’s final say of course.
