Here’s some more huge news: Slobodan Misonofabitch Milosevic, the former Serbian dictator, was FOUND DEAD in his cell, succumbing to his heart condition and high blood pressure, which had (supposedly) delayed his trial time and time again. His trial had recently begun its fifth year.
Here’s an interesting, if macabre, twist from a related story from Belgrade, courtesy of al-Reuters, which only showed that Slobo was defiant to the end, amassing 1,600 witnesses for his trial.
When Croatian President Stipe Mesic warned Milosevic in 1991 he could be lynched by his own people. “He just sat back, puffed at his cigar and said ‘We’ll see who will be hanged.’”
He may have cheated justice here on Earth, but Misonofabitch Milosevic can’t escape whatever Justice God has in store for him.
