Looks like Prince Harry will be shipping off to Iraq to join his comrades-in-arms; at least that’s what his girlfriend is saying. Of course, he is the Spare. And The Sun proposes the following for that very reason:

One solution could be a compromise allowing Harry to go to Iraq, but only in a role that keeps him behind a desk in a secure base.

This would turn the Prince into a Rear Echelon Mother F**ker...just like Algore (it’s been said that President Nixon made sure he wouldn’t see combat due to his father’s influence in Washington). My advice to the British Army Brass is to let him serve where he is needed. He knows the risks. Don’t hinder him from performing his duties as one of his uncles did almost a quarter-century ago.
